10 starts!!!!! Tree roots found in my waste pipes. Plumber suggested jetting the pipes. I used Yelp and found James of The Drain Fighter.They responded immediately when I requested service through Yelp. James and I were in touch from that point forward by text after he have me his phone number. He was always responsive. He explained what to expect and what's guaranteed and what's not guaranteed. He explained the risks and the expected outcomes well. He agreed to taking a credit card payment instead of Zelle. He agreed to come the very next day. He agreed to talk with my property manager when I was absent. He kept in communication with me on the day of, to update me on his arrival time. He arrived on time - the last job of his day, in freezing cold weather. He stayed and completed the job. He took credit card payment. He was friendly, honest, patient and has a great work ethic. I would definitely hire him again! Oh and he was more affordable by several hundred as compared to a competitor for hydrojet services.

Discovered a slow drip after 8pm. Found The Drain Fighter and texted the number on the website. James called me a few minutes later, we FaceTimed to diagnose the problem (which we determined wasn’t an emergency), and scheduled time for someone to come out the next day. Jeff and Carona came out on Christmas Eve with a smile, fixed the drip quickly, gave us some maintenance advice, and left us happy and feeling good. I reached out to James originally because he was open late, but I’ll keep using him for a few more plumbing issues we need to have looked at, and any others that pop up.

Overall, I could not be happier with the service I received from James! He was friendly, straightforward, efficient, and accommodating.
