James sent someone (Caesar) to my home within 24 hrs to assess the problem. Caesar didn’t hesitate, not even for a second when he had to go into the crawl space beneath the house, which is where my DIY efforts stop. He identified the problem and after receiving the estimate for the work that needed to be done, James was willing to work with me on the price. James, from Drain Fighter was called for a stopped-up drain in my basement floor utility room on September 17, 2024, about 7:00pm. He asked me a series of questions over the phone to ascertain exactly what the problem was. He told me to turn off the air conditioner and not to run my washing machine anymore. I did as he instructed. He arrived the next day at about 3:00PM. He did a test and unblocked the drain immediately. I was very impressed with his professionalism, courtesy and manners. He will definitely be referred to my neighbors when a DRAIN FIGHTER IS NEEDED!!
