Our kitchen and laundry sinks were clogged. I used Angi's list to request a quote and James called immediately to help me set up an appointment for this afternoon. Gave me a quote of $220 which was in the end what we did pay. Johnny was dispatched and came the same afternoon (within 2 hours of phone call). Johnny used an 80ft snake and solved the issue. They were efficient and professional. I had some questions (e.g., how often does this happen, how can we prevent it) and he gave good advice. Would recommend!

After another plumber gave up on my backed-up drain pipe, I found James on Google, and he was fortunately able to come same day. James and his colleague spent over 2.5 hours at my place fighting with what the first plumber called a dog hair clog, and tackling it from different angles. Turns out that it was a buildup of roots, which James cleared.
