This company is fantastic. Super responsive. I posted a request for service Sunday night and James (owner) reached out to me within a couple of hours. I was put on the schedule for the next morning. James called to confirm he was on the way and showed up on time. They unclogged a toilet my naughty twin toddlers had clogged with diapers, a roll of toilet paper, a tube of tooth paste and other things. Not to be too explicit, but my 13 yo had subsequently used the toilet not knowing it was clogged so needless to say it was a much more gross job than it should have been. They were extremely professional and had fantastic pricing. We'll certainly be using the Drain Fighters for our future plumbing needs. Excellent job gentlemen!

UPDATE: I called The Drain Fighter again when my shower drain stopped draining. I actually finished my shower in the basement, and contacted James after-hours via his web site. I wasn't expecting a reply until the next day, but he replied almost immediately. I asked him to come the next day, and he was here exactly when he said. And, not only did he clear the shower drain, but he also cleared my sink drain, which had been running very slow. He had both drains running great within about 15 minutes. I continue to highly recommend The Drain Fighter. He is extremely competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and very, very good at his job. ******* I HIGHLY recommend The Drain Fighter! James is a fine gentleman, a conscientious, hard worker, and very successful at what he does. At about 7:30pm on a Monday night, my kitchen drain decided to stop draining. I tried plunging, bleach, and running the disposal. Upshot? I fought the drain and the drain won. So I called James the Drain Fighter, and he was here within a half hour, fighting the drain and winning! He had to fight through 62 years and 75 feet of grease and gunk. After that, the drain lost the fight and started draining better than it has in the past 30+ years. This is actually very exciting, as this drain has not drained so fast in DECADES!
