I found James on yelp and sent the request and he called me back within 10 minutes from my request that I put through on yelp. We discussed what I need to have done which was to have three new toilets installed and have three old ones removed. He told me the steps that I needed to take before he came out, which I followed,. And he also was in contact with me when I went to the store to purchase the toilets to make sure that I had purchased the correct ones and had all the accessories that I needed. After that, we discussed the day and time that he would come out to do the work. He came out on the day and time that he initially stated to me, gave me the quote. Stuck with the quote amount. He came out and did the work with another worker of his, completed the work, cleaned up behind themselves and did a wonderful job. I am very satisfied and I would recommend James to anyone because he did a wonderful job. You will not be disappointed

Prompt, next day service - and on a Sunday without a surcharge. James picked up the materials, took care of everything (in a cramped spot) and kept me from spending thousands in water damage thanks to his immediate attention. Keeping his number when plumbing becomes a problem in the future.
