I had a slow draining bathroom sink and had tried all the home remedies I could think of to clear it - hot water, baking soda, a drain cleaner tool, and more. After three days it was time to call a plumber. I called The Drain Fighter because their reviews were good, but I was still skeptical. I left a message and about an hour later James called. He was able to come out on the same day, clear the drain by snaking it, and the price was reasonable. I've added them to my contacts and will be calling the next time I need help.

I called this morning around 9am due to my plumbing behind my washer being clogged. I spoke with James and he was able to fit me in within a couple of hours. Called James to fix a clogged drain. He was able to get out and fix the drain on short notice for a lower price than the bigger firms.

All of a sudden, my motion-sense kitchen faucet stopped working including being able to turn the water off/on manually. I contacted The Drain Fighter and they were able to see me the same day. Both James and Damon arrived and were very professional and knowledgeable. As it turned out, all I needed was to replace the batteries, but I'm glad I had the plumbers check everything out to be sure there wasn't anything else going on. The service charge for this visit was very reasonable, especially given that from call to arrival was within an 8-hour period! I am very pleased with the service that I received from The Drain Fighter and I will be using them in the future to help ensure water flows and pipes are functioning properly and are in good condition to avoid any mishaps.

Professional and great fast job

Very professional, on time and got the job done.. I used this company before for a clogged drain when I first moved into my house and haven’t had a problem with it since. Just recently had them come out to repair my toilet as it was constantly running and had a leak and James took care of that in no time. He also fixed my garbage disposal which I thought I might have to replace because I turned on my disposal and didn’t realize a shot glass was in there. He was able to flush out all the glass and it’s working great.

This company is the best! I have used them for two of my rental homes and they are reasonably priced and customer service is in exceptional.
