James and his team were able to come by my apartment within the hour, and solved the problem in less than 5 minutes. I'm so impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and price! 10/10 would use again!

My sewer line backed up late Wednesday night into my basement. It a mess with no resolution. My sister found Drain Fighter in the midst of helping me figure this out. I called the next day after nothing seemed to resolve the sewer back up. J. Wilkerson stated that the were booked for the day but he was going to fit me. Within a hour or two, Patrick was at my door. My issue was resolved just like that. I was given a three day warranty for the service. I am happy to say that a week has passed and I have no issues.

Five stars for sure! We had a clogged main drain that we tried to snake ourselves with a rented machine. After several failed attempts, we called James. He took the time to understand the situation on the phone and scheduled service for a few hours later. His technician, Patrick, arrived promptly and solved our problem quickly and efficiently. Hopefully we don’t have this problem again, but if we do, we will definitely call James.

This review is a little late but it is necessary to highlight the great service I was provided. Two weeks ago, I was home stuck with a garbage disposal that was not working. Called my usual service only to find out they were out of business permanently. Found Drain Fighter on Yelp. I placed the call for an appt and James was at my home within 45 minutes (early Monday morning) of contact. He repaired the disposal and was out my front door in 15 minutes (seriously). He was courtesy, professional, knew how to solve the problem quickly, answered my questions, and gave me my morning back to continue working uninterrupted. This is how service providers are suppose to operate. From now on Drain Fighter is my go-to service provider for my plumbing needs. Thanks James.

I can't say enough good about James at the Drain Fighter. We had a tricky main line drain clog on a holiday. Two technicians from a national chain tried to clear it and failed. James came hours after we contacted him on the same holiday and had the drain cleared in 20 minutes. Professional, effective, and completely reasonable pricing. I recommend them whole heartedly.

On 8/22/2022 The Drain Fighter technician came to do an emergency drain clearing. The technician was responsive, honest and the price was reasonable, given the timeliness of my request. He was polite and explained thee issue at hand. The tech was able to successfully resolve the issue and stop the problem efficiently. Out of the 10 companies I called, the Drain Fighter company was available to coordinate a response even as late as 9pm on a weekend. They came in clutch & delivered. Very satisfied and would use them again.

We called James on Friday and he was there the next day to repair our disposal. He was kind and professional! Highly recommend!

James and his partner arrived when they said and worked diligently to unclog my underground downspout drainage pipe. It had not been cleaned out in 20+ years! There was a significant amount of roots removed. James suggested follow up care to prevent further flooding into our basement. We will certainly use James for future services.
